  • If you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, or unmanaged blood pressure, please consult your GP first.

  • Just swimwear. We’ll provide towels and a hot shower to warm up post-session.

  • Yes! many clients add a compression boots, hyperbaric oxygen and red light, infrared sauna before their ice bath and follow it with a float.
