Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, by phone, or in person.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit the session or be charged 100% of the fee.
If you're feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next client.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled.
Packs & Memberships
Multi-session packs are valid for 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the pack.
Packs can be shared between family or friends unless otherwise specified.
Memberships are billed monthly and may be paused or cancelled with 14 days’ notice.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Vouchers are non-refundable but fully transferable.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be reissued.
Health & Safety
Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or concerns before using any service.
The Orchard reserves the right to refuse service if it’s deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client’s condition.
All therapies are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical treatment.
Cleanliness & Conduct
All clients must shower before floatation or sauna sessions.
We maintain the highest hygiene standards and expect respectful use of our facilities.
The Orchard is a quiet, mobile-free zone. Please keep voices low and devices on silent to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. All personal information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent.
By booking a session, you agree to receive service-related emails or SMS confirmations.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying aggressive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Liability
While all care is taken to provide a safe environment, The Orchard is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings on premises.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately.
